Payment Options:

We offer two ways to register and pay for your registration:

Register & Pay By Mail:

  1. If you choose this option, you MUST call the Wray Chamber office before mailing your form & payment to notify them. Because the online registrations process immediately, we need to hold a spot for you until we receive your registration form & payment.
  2. We will place a temporary hold on the quantity of spaces you need for five (5) business days. If we have not received your form by the end of the fifth day, we will reopen your spaces to the general public. If we, then, receive your form after that, it will be dependent on whether there are spots still available.
  3. In this option, you can pay by check or credit card using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Register & Pay Online:

  1. The first page you will be directed to is the registration form. Most of the information is required and is needed for our records. But please be assured, we do not release or sell any personal information to third parties.
  2. Once you have finished the registration form, you will be directed to the payment page on the PayPal website. Again, this site is 100% secure!
  3. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this system. On the payment page, you will have an option to pay just using your credit card.
  4. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for these tours. If there is an extraordinary circumstance that prevents you from coming, you will need to contact the Wray Chamber and be able to offer proof of your reason. Otherwise we will be unable to offer a refund.
