Wray Daze is Wray, Colorado’s fair weekend. It takes place the last full weekend of July every year. All day Friday, Saturday and Sunday of that weekend there are events for all ages to attend and fun for the whole family!
Most notably on Friday of Wray Daze there is Family Fun Night on Main St. from 6pm-9:30pm. All different kinds of food, crafts and games line Main St. for all to enjoy, with fireworks to end the evening.
All day Saturday there are many fun events! A free chuckwagon breakfast is offered by the Lions Club at City of Wray Plaza Park. Also at Plaza park Wray State Bank, First Pioneer Bank, and Equitable Savings and Loan offer a free BBQ that starts at 11am. In the Wray Shopping center the Wray Volunteer Fire Dept. host the Keg Fights, and The Wauneta Volunteer Fire Dept. has a beer gardens available. Rainbow Park fills with some the coolest rides you’ve ever seen when the River City Cruisers host their car show! You can access the form to register your ride below! Ending Saturday with a bang is the Fireman's Ball at the Wray Elks Lodge!
The final day of Wray Daze offers more fun than ever! A mud volleyball tournament and horseshoe tournament take place down by the ball fields. The Wauneta Volunteer Fire Dept. will have food and the beer gardens available next to the mud volleyball courts.
