Food Vendor Information

The Wray Chamber of Commerce is here to help make your food vendor registration process convenient and easy. Register online below. Not sure which type of food license you need? Read on for more information.


Food Vendors are considered any entity (Non-Profit, Community, School, Commercial Food Establishment, or otherwise) offering food in any form.

  • All Food Vendors

     To ensure proper licensing and approval, please complete the registrations below.


    • Wray Chamber: Register online below and pay  the fee. We will assign you a spot at all your desired events. Check out the NEW spots for food at Fun Night here.

    • Health Department: Use the links to apply for a license with the NECHD. Choose either the “Food Licensing Application” form for a commerical entity or the "Non-Profit Food License" form for a non-profit, school, or community group.  You must have a Federal EIN number. Submit your application and event fee (if appliciable) directly  to the NCHD at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event to ensure license approval.

    • City of Wray: Click on "City of Wray Registration" to download the Temporary Sales Booth forms.  Complete and return directly to the City of Wray.  One page is due before the event and the other page after the event. 

    • Colorado State Sales Tax: Comply with the State Tax Laws.

Choose to serve at up to three events throughout the weekend.


Friday:
Fun Night (6PM-10PM)
Saturday (either or):
Car Show (11AM-3PM)
Keg Fights (12PM - 5PM)
Sunday:
Mud Volleyball / Horseshoe Tournament (11AM - 4PM)


Event Fees:

Fun Night Only $65

All Weekend Long $150
